Ilgiz Shaikov is the Master Plumber and CTO behind IS Plumbing, and the licensed professional whose Massachusetts Master Plumber License #17137 stands behind every permit we pull. He leads the work in the field and the standards in the office — from sizing a high-efficiency condensing boiler, to running gas piping to code, to signing off that a job is ready for inspection.
