Need a trusted plumber in Wellesley, MA? IS Plumbing handles plumbing, heating, gas fitting and water filtration across Wellesley Hills, Wellesley Square and the College area — to the high standard local homes deserve.
Wellesley's larger, higher-end homes often call for careful work: full bathroom and kitchen remodels, whole-house repiping, water filtration and softening, and high-efficiency heating. We treat every Wellesley home like our own — clean job sites, upfront quotes, and code work that passes inspection the first time.
Wellesley runs its own water division, and the town's larger homes put real demand on it — multiple baths, soaking tubs, irrigation — which is why properly sized water heaters and recirculation lines matter more here than in most towns. Where the water runs hard we install whole-house filtration and softening tied cleanly into the main.
Every job files through the Town of Wellesley, and most of our work here rides along with renovations: full bathroom and kitchen remodel plumbing in Wellesley Hills and the Farms, repiping during gut renovations, and high-efficiency boiler swaps in homes still heating with a unit from a few owners back.
"Fantastic experience. They did the plumbing for two bathroom renovations — our master bath and the kids' bath — and the whole process was smooth, professional, and on time."
"We hired IS Plumbing to replace a number of fixtures and toilets. Very professional crew and a great job. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs."
"Great experience — they installed an automatic smart water shut-off, did a full boiler maintenance with warranty parts, and explained everything clearly."

We repair first when repair makes sense. A no-heat call usually comes down to a failed circulator, zone valve, igniter, low-water cutoff or expansion tank, and we fix those on the spot when we can. When a boiler is past economical repair, we tell you plainly and quote the replacement with the Wellesley permit included.
